China buying and shipping agents: a guide for Canada

What does a China buying agent do?
A buying agent helps you purchase products from sellers in China. AURA Buy accepts product links or reference photos, provides an account for requests and order updates, and coordinates supplier purchases manually through Superbuy. International shipping is a separate quoted stage. The service is for personal shoppers and businesses, subject to product acceptance.
Buying agent, shipping agent or freight forwarder?
These names can describe different jobs. A buying agent helps with the purchase. Parcel shipping moves the packed order to its destination. Freight forwarding can involve larger commercial shipments and separately agreed logistics. Before choosing a provider, identify whether you need help buying the goods, moving goods you already own, or both.

Use AURA Buy when you want to submit a marketplace product or photo request and follow the purchasing process through one account. AURA coordinates the supplier purchase through Superbuy and provides a separate international shipping quote. AURA Buy is not a promise of container freight, customs brokerage or an AURA-owned warehouse in China. Ask about your exact shipment before committing.
Compare the complete cost to Canada
Compare product quantity and variant, price currency, buying-service fees, delivery within China, optional services and international shipping. Confirm which destination charges are included and which may remain payable. Two quotes are only comparable when they cover the same products, parcel and destination; an advertised shipping rate alone does not show the full purchase cost.
What determines shipping availability?
The product, packed weight and dimensions, destination and available carrier service determine the quote. Share your Canadian postal code and product details early. Confirm acceptance before paying for restricted, fragile, oversized or otherwise difficult-to-ship items. A seller shipping within China does not establish that an international route is available.
Questions to ask before paying
Who places the supplier order? What happens if the seller changes the price or has no stock? Which warehouse updates or photographs are available? What is the deadline for a return request? How are shipping charges approved? Where are storage, cancellation and refund terms published? In AURA Buy, read the current portal policies and ask about unclear terms before payment.
Buying stock for a BC e-commerce business
If your purchase will become Canadian fulfillment inventory, discuss that plan before ordering. AURA Fulfillment can review receiving, storage, pick and pack and customer-order shipping as a separate service. Agree on product references, quantities, receiving location, capacity and pricing before arranging an inventory transfer. A buying order does not automatically create a fulfillment account.
