Send the original listing
Use the individual product URL from Taobao, Tmall, 1688 or Weidian, rather than a search-results page. Keep the original link even if you found the item in a shared catalog. Support depends on the item and seller; AURA is not affiliated with these marketplaces.
Specify exactly what you want
Include the size, colour or model, quantity and the price currency. A size label alone may be ambiguous, so include measurements or the seller’s size chart when relevant. Check whether a listing is priced per item, set or wholesale quantity.
