Who this policy covers

This policy covers the AURA Fulfillment website and enquiries sent to AURA Fulfillment, a Vancouver-based fulfillment and logistics business. For privacy questions or requests, email shipwithaura@gmail.com with “Privacy request” in the subject.

Information you choose to share

The quote form asks which service you need. For 3PL enquiries, it also asks about selling platforms and monthly shipment volume. It then asks for your name, email, company and industry, with optional phone, website and message fields. Proxy-buying enquiries skip the platform and shipment questions. When you submit, FormSubmit processes the details to deliver your enquiry to AURA Fulfillment by email. Its spam check may use Google reCAPTCHA. You can also email AURA Fulfillment directly.

After a quote, you can optionally tell us how you first heard about AURA. FormSubmit emails this answer to the same inbox. A random quote reference is kept in this tab’s session storage to match your answer to your enquiry; it contains no contact details and is used for up to 24 hours. We use your answer to understand how people find AURA.

When you email AURA Fulfillment, we receive your message and contact details to respond, discuss requirements and prepare a quote. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details or sensitive customer information in an initial enquiry.

Website and hosting information

Hosting and network providers process information needed to deliver and protect this website, such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages and security logs. Hosting access controls may also use essential cookies. Your email provider and AURA Fulfillment’s email provider process messages you send under their own terms and privacy policies.

Cookies and your choices

Optional storage stays off until you choose to allow it. Accepting optional storage is not required to browse, request a quote or contact AURA Fulfillment. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choices at any time.

• Privacy preference: this browser remembers your choice for up to 180 days using local storage. If storage is blocked, your choice may last only for the current page.
• Campaign attribution, if accepted: campaign labels and advertising click identifiers from your visit are kept in session storage. They may be included with your quote submission. Rejecting this option removes the saved campaign details. Session storage normally ends when the browser tab is closed.
• Analytics, when configured and accepted: Google Analytics helps measure page visits. The website sends page paths, not your form answers or page query strings. Google may process device, browser and network information and use analytics cookies. Advertising features are disabled in our website configuration. Analytics is offered in Cookie settings only when it is connected.

Withdrawing analytics consent stops further website analytics collection and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies. It does not automatically delete information previously received by a provider. Browser controls can also delete or block cookies.

Use, service providers and retention

Enquiry information is used to communicate with you, evaluate service requirements, prepare quotes and, if you become a customer, arrange the agreed services. Providers involved in hosting, email or enabled analytics may process information outside British Columbia or Canada, where different laws may apply.

FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions for 30 days. See its privacy policy and service documentation. This website does not store a separate AURA Fulfillment enquiry database. Sent emails, correspondence and later account records have different retention needs, including business and legal requirements. Contact AURA Fulfillment to discuss the records held about you and any applicable retention requirements.

Access, correction and privacy concerns

You can ask about the personal information AURA Fulfillment holds about you, request access or correction, or discuss withdrawal of consent and deletion. Some records may need to be retained where permitted or required by law. AURA Fulfillment may need to verify your identity before responding to a request.
