How to buy from China with AURA Buy

Start with a link or a photo

Paste the original marketplace link and specify the size, colour, quantity and any important details. If you only have a photo, submit a sourcing request with your budget. A reference photo does not guarantee an exact match. Sending a review request does not place a supplier order.

Choose the right purchasing path

For supported product links, the portal can offer checkout using the price and details you enter. Check the currency and selected variant carefully: entered-price checkout is not automatic supplier verification. Photo sourcing and requests needing review follow a separate quote process. AURA asks before substitutions or price increases.

Review the purchase total

Read the itemized CAD total and current terms before paying. Product costs, the AURA service fee and domestic delivery are separate from international shipping. The checkout shows the amount you are approving.

Follow the order and warehouse updates

AURA coordinates purchasing manually through Superbuy. Follow your order in the portal and review available warehouse or QC photographs. Photographs can help spot visible differences; they are not a product certification or a guarantee of quality.

Request international shipping

Once items are ready, request a shipping quote. The final amount depends on the packed parcel, destination and available service. Review the price, estimated delivery time and import-charge arrangement before approving and paying. Track the parcel after dispatch.
