AURA Buy is AURA’s China shopping and proxy-buying service. Customers submit product links or reference photos, use the portal for purchasing and order updates, and approve international shipping separately. AURA coordinates supplier purchases manually through Superbuy.
02Do I need a business to use AURA Buy?+
AURA Buy is for personal shoppers as well as businesses looking for products. AURA Fulfillment is the separate service for inventory storage, packing and customer-order fulfillment. Product acceptance and service availability are confirmed for the actual request.
03Can I buy from Taobao, Tmall, 1688 or Weidian?+
You can submit product links from these marketplaces for AURA Buy. A listing is not a guarantee of stock, authenticity or acceptance. Include the exact variant and quantity, and check the available purchasing path in the portal.
04Is shipping included in the product payment?+
International shipping is separate. Review the purchase breakdown first, then approve the shipping quote based on the actual parcel and destination. Check the quote for applicable import charges and optional costs.
05Can I use a photo instead of a product link?+
Yes. Submit a reference photo with the details that matter and your budget. AURA reviews potential matches; a photo does not guarantee an exact match. You review the proposed product before approving the purchase.
06Where can I read the current policies?+
The AURA Buy portal has the current purchasing, fees, storage, shipping and returns policies. Read the applicable terms before paying and contact AURA with your order reference if you need help.
Shopping for yourself or stocking a business?
AURA Buy helps with purchasing from China. If you also need Canadian storage, pick and pack or customer-order shipping, discuss a separate AURA Fulfillment plan. Buying support does not automatically include those services.
