This website provides general information about AURA Fulfillment’s fulfillment and logistics services. Please use it lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, or send abusive or automated spam enquiries.

Enquiries and quotes

Submitting the quote form sends your details through FormSubmit to shipwithaura@gmail.com. You may be asked to complete a spam check. Submitting an enquiry does not reserve capacity or create a service agreement. AURA Fulfillment’s response and any proposed quote depend on the information you provide and the services available for your requirements.

Prices are customized. Receiving, storage, pick and pack, packaging, shipping and any optional services are discussed as applicable. Website content does not establish fixed prices, minimums, delivery guarantees or contract terms.

Fulfillment and handling requirements

Product suitability, inventory requirements, packaging, order processes, communication arrangements, shipping and returns must be confirmed with AURA Fulfillment before inventory is sent or services begin. Category examples do not mean every product in a category can be handled.

Any signed or otherwise agreed service terms govern the services they cover. These website terms do not replace a fulfillment, transport, storage or other service agreement.
