01Why doesn’t AURA Fulfillment publish one flat price?+
The same order count can require very different storage, packaging, handling and shipping work. A custom quote is more honest because it reflects your actual products and workflow.
02What information do you need for a quote?+
Start with your product category and monthly order volume. During follow-up, dimensions, weights, SKU count, stock levels, items per order, destinations and handling needs help refine an accurate quote.
03Is shipping included in fulfillment pricing?+
Postage or freight is normally a separate variable because the cost depends on destination, service level, package dimensions and weight. AURA Fulfillment will show how it fits into your quote.
04Can you quote kitting or special projects?+
Yes. Kitting, bundling, relabeling, inspections, container unloading and other special handling can be scoped as recurring work or project work.
05Are there minimums or contract requirements?+
Account requirements and any terms are confirmed in your individual quote. Share your current or expected volume, whether you are preparing to launch or running an established operation.
