PACKING

AURA Fulfillment can review mailers, boxes, protective packing, tissue and inserts with you. Confirm any branded materials or bundle preparation, including how the extra handling and supplies will be charged.
DISPATCH AND EXCEPTIONS

Agree on order submission, when an order can be changed and how shipment details are shared. Carrier services and dispatch arrangements should match the package and destination. If a customer returns an item, define the receiving checks and next action: restock, hold for review or another decision you approve. Picking means selecting the products and quantities for an order. Packing means preparing those items for shipping with the agreed protection, materials and presentation.
02Can AURA Fulfillment pack multi-item orders or bundles?+
Share sample orders and any bundle instructions with AURA Fulfillment. The preparation process, product fit, materials and additional handling costs are confirmed before setup.
03Does pick-and-pack pricing include postage?+
Do not assume it does. Ask AURA Fulfillment to separate order handling, materials, storage and shipping in your quote so you know which charges apply.
04Can I request same-day dispatch?+
Share your required turnaround and order timing with AURA Fulfillment. Capacity, dispatch arrangements and carrier collections need to be confirmed; this page does not promise a same-day service.
